Helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies.
Many people come to me after months or years of searching for answers.
They have tried different approaches. They have pushed through discomfort.
They have learned to live with stress, tension, fatigue or symptoms
that never seem to fully go away.
And often, they arrive with the same question:
Why is this happening to me?
My professional journey began working closely with people facing challenges, helping them overcome obstacles, develop confidence and improve their quality of life.
Deepening my understanding of how people learn, adapt and grow through adversity — and how the nervous system responds to sustained challenge.
Years in a nursing care home, surrounded by residents experiencing chronic pain, heavy medication, and emotional suffering. I began asking: how can I truly help?
When I found Spinal Flow, something immediately resonated. It brought together everything I had been exploring: the nervous system, the intelligence of the body, the connection between physical, emotional and chemical stress.
Certified in Spinal Flow Technique by Dr. Carli Axford, founder of the technique — completing rigorous training in the principles and practice of Spinal Flow.
The body has an innate capacity to restore equilibrium when it's given the right space, safety, and conditions to do so.

When I discovered Spinal Flow, something immediately resonated with me. It brought together many of the principles I had been exploring for years — the understanding of stress, the intelligence of the body, the importance of the nervous system, and the connection between physical, emotional and chemical stress.
Most importantly, it offered a gentle framework aligned with what I had come to believe: that the body is not working against us, that symptoms may have meaning, and that when we create the right conditions, the body often has a remarkable ability to move towards balance and healing.
I am trained to recognise stress patterns, blockages, and layers of stored stress in the nervous system, and to facilitate the body's natural ability to release tension and return to balance.
I do not believe that people are broken.
My role is not to fix anyone. My role is to listen, to support, and to guide — creating the conditions for the body to lead the way.
To create a safe space where the body can begin to do what it has always been trying to do: adapt, recover and reconnect with its natural intelligence.
Every person I meet teaches me something. My commitment is to continue learning and growing so I can support others with greater compassion.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from your wellbeing or simply curious about a different approach, I would love to welcome you.
Perhaps your body has been trying to tell you something.
And perhaps this is the moment to start listening.
