Your time and commitment are key to the healing process, and we also respect the time reserved for each client.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full.
If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and non-refundable.
If you arrive late, the session will take place within the remaining scheduled time, without extension.
Progress in Spinal Flow largely depends on consistency and commitment to the sessions.
We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer the possibility to reschedule the session.
